HOW WE WORK

Contingency
A contingency search is the most basic employment search, where a fee is paid only when an appropriate candidate is placed. A contingency search is a less dedicated search, but is attractive to an employer because they do not incur any upfront, out-of-pocket expenses. Typically a percent of the candidate’s annual base salary, contingency search payments are made at the successful conclusion of the search.

Retainer
A retained search is our most dedicated level of employment solution. You will be provided a team of resources who are devoted to working proactively to find the appropriate candidate for your open position. Each step in the retainer search process is driven by company principles and is customized to your organization’s needs. A retained search is paid in three installments. Typically thirty percent of the candidate’s annual base salary, retained search payments are made at the start of the search, 60 days into the search and at the successful conclusion of the search.

Staff Augmentation/Contract
Garamella Consulting offers an extensive network of highly qualified, pre-screened candidates to fill your contract staffing needs.

Whether your need is a result of personnel leave or increased project work, Garamella Consulting will work diligently to quickly find you the best candidate for the contract role. We save you time and money by managing the entire placement of these interim resources.
